Supreme Court rules 5-4 that alleged terrorists in Guantanamo are subject to Federal Court review of their cases and trials. The ruling invalidates some of the law passed by Congress that created the "military tribunal" "legal" procedures down there that Busholini and his co-conspirators have perpetrated down there. Sadly, the Bush appointees on the Supreme Court are still maintaining that the Bush administration should have the right to trump the U.S. Constitution when they feel it is inconvenient. Stay vigilant! This was a narrow margin for a ruling...and surprisingly so since one would think that Supreme Court Justices should have more confidence in the U.S. Constitution and the Federal Court System, of which they themselves oversee, as being able to provide fair justice to human beings. No, the minority on the court sees our Constitution as quaint and "just in the way".
